About the audit.
In your Shopify admin, open Orders and click Export. Choose all orders or a date range of at least 60 days, pick CSV for Excel and export. Shopify emails you the file if it is large.
Your CSV is processed in your browser and is never uploaded or stored. We save only your name, email, store and the summary numbers shown in your audit, such as order counts and top product names. No customer details leave your device.

With the same basis as our savings calculator: our real average saving of 8.8% per order, shipping included. If you add what your agent charges, we apply 8.8% to that. Otherwise we use our average saving of A$5.25 per order.
